Gluten Free Apple Crisp
Thursday, October 13th, 2005Shanti is a a gorgeous babe who comes from Canada. She loves cooking and from the photos she has shown me her meals and other goodies look delicious. Here is a recipe for Gluten Free Apple Crisp which I am sure those who follow a gluten free diet can enjoy.

Ingredients:
5 Cups apples (peeled, cored and quartered)
1/4 Cup water
3/4 Cup rice flour
3/4 Cup sugar
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp nutmeg
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 Cup butter (softened)
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Places apples into a 9 x 3″ inch dish with water
Combine sugar, nutmeg, cinnamon and flour
Add butter and mix with a fork until mixture is crumbly
Cover apples with the crumbly mixture
Cover pan with aluminum wrap and bake for 30 minutes, then uncover and bake for an additional 30 minutes until golden
Delicious served with chilled rice milk or vanilla rice dream
